GSBA Restructuring Briefing

Thank you to the Galway Solicitors Bar Association for the invitation to Eoin Mullowney of Power Law and Conor Keogh of Grant Thornton Ireland to speak on corporate restructuring options for companies in financial distress.

It was a great opportunity to discuss examinership, SCARP and other restructuring solutions and to exchange views with colleagues on recent developments in the area.

One consistent theme remains: early engagement is critical. The earlier advice is sought, the more options are available to support a successful turnaround.
