Another successful outcome for Power Law litigation team.

Judge Jordan in the High Court refused to grant an interlocutory injunction aimed at restraining our client, the registered owner of a commercial property. The Court held that the owner’s title, and steps to obtain possession were valid, and found no serious issue to be tried in the plaintiffs’ wide‑ranging allegations.

This is a useful decision which clarifies the steps that commercial property owners can take to protect their property.
