We are excited to announce the opening of our London office, marking a significant step in our mission to support founders, investors and companies operating across borders.

As a boutique Irish corporate law firm, we regularly advise Irish and international clients and collaborate with their UK advisers on the Irish law aspects of transactions, financings and disputes. 

We are proud to now have a presence in one of the world’s most important legal and commercial hubs. 

Our UK office strengthens our ability to work closely with international clients and their advisers based in The City of London, Thames Valley and Greater London regions on cross-border matters involving Irish law, including:
